My sister moved to Canada a few months ago and I was going through my picture catalog and found some old pictures I took of her in January 2008. It was a snowy day and we figured I we could go out and get a few pictures.
Enjoy!

Lindsey
I was looking through my old pictures and found a few pictures of Lindsey after her first really short hair cut a few months ago. So I thought I would post these up.

Post class pictures
Took a few minutes after class to get a few more urban pictures. It has been a lot of fun taking more pictures everyday. I've learned so much just by going out and taking pictures everyday. I can tell it has been helping my photographs as well as my post processing.

Going out with Emily.
Today our good friend and Lindsey's previous roommate Emily came into town. So we decided go out and eat at a great Indian/Pakistani restaurant called Zyka in Decatur. We got there only to find out that Zyka was closed leaving us not only severly disappointed but more importantly with a hole in our stomach. So after lots of ideas being thrown around we decided to head to China Inn a great Chinese restaurant in Chamblee only a few minutes away from our place. Even though we all had our hearts set on eating at Zyka, China Inn was not a disappointment at all. I ordered the Hunan Beef. Though it was a good dish it was just very similar to the typical Mongolian Beef at all Chinese restaurants. I think in the end I should have gone with Lindsey's choice of Mango Tofu, which has always been a favorite of ours. Emily had the Mango Shrimp, which was similar to Lindsey's dish but with the obvious shrimp substitution for tofu.

Urban Exploration Pt. 1
So I took my camera to class today. Now, granted I always take my camera everywhere I go (the photojournalist in me...) however I usually don't take the time to snap any pictures before or after class. So today when I had a few minutes after class, I took the time to walk around the GSU campus and snapped some pictures. It was a lot of fun.
Said abandoned building.
An apartment building with some great photographic appeal.
Thought the ART doors were interesting.
Cool graffiti on an abandoned building
I loved these figures that were on a newly reconstructed building.
